OnePlus 6T launched on October 29 in New York featuring add-on specifications on its previous OnePlus 6. The smartphone was initially available in two color options i.e. Midnight Black and Mirror Black but seems like there is a third color variant available too: the OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple Color. Well, to shed light, a reputed leakster Ishan Agarwal posted the photos of OnePlus 6T in a Thunder Purple color variant which was apparently teased on OnePlus India’s support page. Now comes the official-looking press releases teasing the new vibrant Thunder Purple colored OnePlus 6T which totally slays.
Unveiling a new color variant or a new edition isn’t something new with OnePlus. It rolled out OnePlus 5T and later, we got a Star Wars Limited Edition variant too. Fast forward to OnePlus 6, the smartphone was originally released in two color variants but just as it was able to hit the stores and on Amazon Exclusive, OnePlus released a Silk White and Red Edition as well followed by an Avengers: Infinity Wars edition that was sold few grand expensive than the basic color variants.
Citing the trends OnePlus has been following, it will not be a surprise that OnePlus 6T releases in a new edition probably marking the entry of an upcoming movie or brand. Talking about Thunder Purple, the variant looks extremely posh and plush and makes me purchase it even though I have a Mirror Black variant. In case if you haven’t bought the OnePlus 6T yet, I would recommend waiting for a few days to get the Thunder Purple variant which is a great amalgamation of style, specifications, and class.
