Huawei Nova 7i made it official in February this year. Apparently, there’s a word out of China that Huawei is soon going to announce its siblings i.e. Huawei Nova 7, Nova 7 SE, Nova 7 Pro on April 23rd in China. Huawei has already launched the P40 series and will be going towards the Honor Play 4, Play 4T Pro on April 9 with Honor 30 series on April 15, the company might come up with the Nova 7 series April 23 probably marking the last launch this month.

According to a tipster on Chinese microblogging site Weibo, all three devices will offer 5G which is taking off in China and elsewhere. The post further adds the pricing for the teased Nova 7 series i.e. the standard Nova 7 will be shipped at a price tag between CNY 2,000 to CNY 3,000 followed by Nova 7 SE that is likely to strike price tag of CNY 3,000 while the Pro variant will max out between CNY 3,500 and CNY 4,000.

There’s a word around the chipsets that these smartphones will bring on-board so it could be either between Kirin 820 (5G) and Kirin 990 (5G) or it could be as easy as Kirin 820, Kirin 985, and Kirin 990 for the Nova 7, Nova 7 SE, Nova 7 Pro respectively. The speculation for Nova 7 SE is based on the fact that its predecessor Nova 6 SE arrived with HiSilicon Kirin 810 so the Kirin 820 chipset seems logical but a different source quotes it as Kirin 990.

According to the speculated specs sheet from Nova 7 SE, the device is likely to arrive with a 6.69-inch IPS LCD panel with 1080×2400 pixels resolution. It will have a dual front punch-hole cutout for its 32+8MP sensors while the rear is expected to be a 64+8+2+2MP quad-camera setup. It will also get a 22.5W fast charging support but let’s take it with a grain of salt at this moment and in fact, every bit of it could change citing how often leaks could be false or partially true if not completely true.

Moving on to the standard Nova 7, the device will have a 6.57-inch IPS panel with 1080×2400 pixels resolution. It is likely to arrive with Kirin Kirin 820 or 990 depending upon which source you go through with while the Pro variant is likely to get Kirin 990 5G SoC onboard with a quad-camera setup consisting of 64+8+2+2MP sensors while the front remains the same as Nova 7 SE.
