The OnePlus Nord that was earlier summoned as the OnePlus Z or Z Lite or 8 Lite (and so on) sports a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset on-board. The processor is equipped with improved CPU and up to 30% faster graphics rendering compared to its predecessor that gives you a reason to play high-graphics games for hours without the phone breaking a sweat. Moreover, the 5G modem mounted on-board lets users switch to a blazing-fast 5G network whenever available. Of course, SDM765G does give an upper hand with its ISP and AI cores for better photography. About the software, OnePlus Nord comes pre-loaded with Android 10-based OxygenOS 10.5 with all features & optimizations you’ll need.

Talking about the display, OnePlus has always stuck on offering the best and OnePlus Nord is no different. It is equipped with a 6.44” Fluid AMOLED panel with a 1080×2400 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate as promised. The display supports P3 and sRGB mode although HDR is not supported. Overall, the display is super smooth and snappy, unlike its competition. Above all, it has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The phone has a dual punch-hole camera setup at the front on its top-left corner that has a 32MP primary IMX616 with 0.8micrometer pixels. There’s an 8MP ultrawide sensor with a field of view of 105° that gives you an undistorted and wide-angle selfie or say a groupfie if you want.

OnePlus Nord hails a quad-camera setup placed on the extreme top-left corner of the back panel which includes a 48MP primary sensor with OIS. This is the same sensor you might have used with OnePlus 8 and it can capture photos and videos at 2x zoom. It supports up to 4K videos at 30fps while the front manages to yank it up to 4K@60fps for excellent selfies no matter what.
