The OnePlus 10 series is slated to arrive in January or February next year and we are just a few weeks away. As usual, the OnePlus 10 series will pack in two models aka OnePLus 10 and OnePlus 10 Pro. A lot has been said about the upcoming series including the display tech, processor, camera modules, and more. Cut to now, a new piece of information comes concerning the charging tech on the Pro variant.
According to a Weibo post by Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 10 Pro will get an 80W wired charging tech up from 2021’s 65W wired fast charging found on the OnePlus 9 series. The OnePlus 10 Pro will pack in an 80W wired while keeping the wireless charging as 50W from the OnePlus 9 Pro. Note that it is yet to be confirmed by the Chinese OEM but given the reputation of the leaks, we could say that the OnePlus 10 Pro is likely to get an upgraded wireless charging tech.
The OnePlus 10 Pro will get a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED 2K panel with a punch-hole to the left corner. Yes, the probability of an under-the-display fingerprint scanner is slim. The display will also have a super smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
OnePlus 10 Pro will likely get the same camera modules i.e. a 32MP sensor at the front and a 48MP+50MP+8MP rear camera setup although I believe with an upgraded software under-the-hood.
Apart from that, the device will run on Android 12-powered ColorOS 12 out-of-the-ox. It will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 along with up to 12GB of RAM (or could be mode).
Other specifications are AOD, Bluetooth v5.2, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, dual-band GPS, NFC, and a few others.
