OnePlus 9 series is launching this March and apparently, we know most of the information about it at the moment. Adding to it, Digital Chat Station has shared a lot of specifications about the two upcoming models.
According to Digital Chat Station, the standard OnePlus 9 will pack in a 6.55-inch FHD+ flat display with a punch-hole cut-out to the top-left corner. It will also have a 120Hz refresh rate just like its Pro variant. The OnePlus 9 Pro packs in a 6.78-inch QHD+ flexible curved AMOLED display hosting a 120Hz refresh rate which is less than the previously rumored 144Hz refresh rate but take it with a pinch of salt.
Further, Digital Chat Station has stated that the punch-hole cut-out on both the devices will be just 3.8mm in diameter. Overall, the vanilla OnePlus 9 will have a thickness of 8mm which the OnePlus 9 Pro will have an 8.55mm thickness and with no apparent change in the camera setup on both models. The devices won’t weigh more than 200 grams which is an add-on.
Next up, both the devices pack in a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset which is pretty apparent given that OnePlus integrates flagship chipsets in its flagship series every year. Next up, both the devices will have a 4,500 mAh battery pack and with 65W wired fast charging that has been previously teased too. Additionally, the Pro variant also supports a whopping 45W wireless charging tech that the vanilla variant will miss.
Next, up, there’s a lite variant in the OnePlus 9 series as well to be summoned as OnePlus 9 Lite that will have a Snapdragon 865 or Snapdragon 870 chipset under the hood along with a 90Hz AMOLED flat display.
