Last week, we saw the launch of Oppo’s yet another budget-friendly smartphone aka Oppo A1K in Russia below $150. As per the latest update, Oppo seems to have silently launched the Oppo A1K in India as well and the phone is available at least in the offline stores although there is no intimation on when Oppo would launch it online on its official stores or any of the major e-commerce portal like Amazon or Flipkart, etc.

As per the specs are concerned, there are a few pros and cons but it comes as a bundle in a smartphone with a price tag below $150 and since it is a budget-friendly device, it possesses low-lying features and specs. Talking about the specs sheet, the device has a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1560×720 pixel resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The display has a waterdrop-shaped notch with a considerably large chin.

The device runs on Android Pie 9.0 stacked with Oppo’s ColorOS 6 which is fluid and smooth. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset paired alongside MG GE8320 GPU and will feature a single 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage variant. On the back, the device has a single front-facing camera with a 5MP sensor while the rear is dominated by an 8MP f/2.2 aperture single camera which might sound not that great but considering the device’s budget-friendly nature, it is worth.

Finally, Oppo A1K sports a large 4,000 mAh battery with 2x fast charging technology although there are no specifics available with what 2x charging technology means on Oppo A1K. The last thing, the device has a 4G LTE support, GPS, micro USB port, and other basic functionalities. Talking about the price tag, the device comes at a price tag of just Rs 8,490/- or just $122 as per conversion rate at the time of writing the blog.
