OnePlus has confirmed its new OS — OxygenOS 15, which is on Android 15. The version is expected to bring much progress, carrying along the tradition of fast, smooth, and easy user experience alongside new AI-driven attributes. Earlier in May, an Android 15 Beta version was released for the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus Open devices, thus giving the users a small peek into what would be coming their way.
OxygenOS 15: What’s new?
The company indicates that the OxygenOS 15 is based on years of user feedback and research. It will represent the classic “Never Settle” philosophy of OnePlus. The software will be designed in such a way to come with an interface without any issues, OnePlus said, providing users with an even more customized experience. In fact, this is going to be the “fastest and most user-friendly” version of OxygenOS to date.
AI-driven speed and performance
One of the powerful features in OxygenOS 15 is its advanced AI features. The operating system will bring the most cutting edge software algorithms to optimize animations and deliver ultra-smooth performance. The AI features will facilitate various everyday tasks from multitasking to creative workflows so that users can now experience the more efficient, intuitive, and responsive mobile experience.
Enhanced design and user experience
Beyond the performance improvements, OxygenOS 15 comes with a new, fresh design according to the promise made by OnePlus to offer “delightful and burdenless” user experience. The new visual style will release the personality of OnePlus with minimalism, though functional, in style. Updates meant to handle the equation between personalization and productivity, thus benefiting users with differing needs.
