Samsung Galaxy M53 5G is all set to launch on March 27th in Vietnam. Albeit Samsung just shared a few promo posters, its specifications are literally out there.

Based on the countless sources, we know that the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G packs in a Dimensity 900 SoC along with 6GB RAM and Android 12 powered OneUI 4.1 out-of-the-box.
There’s a beefy 5000mAh battery under the hood paired with a 25W fast charging tech. Surprisingly, Samsung won’t be pairing the retail box with a charging brick on M53 5G which is something that flagship phones are increasingly getting away with an M53 5G isn’t a flagship phone but rather a mid-range unit. There’s 5G tech which isn’t a necessity but why not give the fact that 5G smartphone sales crossed the 50% mark on the global shipment in January 2022.
Moving on, 6.7″ AMOLED panel onboard Galaxy M53 5G with 120Hz high refresh rate. A 32MP front-facing camera takes the hot seat on a punch-hole waterdrop-shaped notch while the rear camera assembly comprises a 108MP primary cam flanked with 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. That’s pretty much all that we are aware of the upcoming smartphone. Note that there’s a Galaxy A33 5G in the works too and it is expected to arrive on March 27th in Vietnam along with the Galaxy M53 5G as well. Note that this is a 5G M33 that I am talking about because the 4G variant is already available in the market.
Samsung Galaxy M53 5G listing on Geekbench
A so-called SM-536B which is supposedly a Samsung Galaxy M33 5G has already made its appearance on Geekbench. As per the listing, it scored 736 and 2326 points on single-core and multi-core tests.
The specs as seen on GeekBench dictate an m53x processor clocked at a max 2.40GHz with its dual cluster setup. It is supposedly a Dimensity 900 SoC. There’s 6GB of RAM and Android 12 out-of-the-box.
Samsung Galaxy M53 5G Indian Pricing
The smartphone was officially listed on Samsung India website with the price tag. The base 6GB variant goes up for sale at INR 34,990/- while the 8GB variant is up for sale at INR 35,999/-. This pricing puts M53 5G in the line of OnePlus Nord 2, Xiaomi 11i series among others.
