It has brought to surface with it some amazing tweaks that can help you customize your home screen to suit your needs. The new updates that have been released with this phone includes a new search bar skin and automation in icon resizing! These new elements will definitely spice up this new phone. Of course, if you don’t like the colorful search bar incorporated by Google, then you can always go for the grayscale variant. This phone also includes search bar designs ranging from classic to modern. If you want to customize the deisgn, you need to go to Desktop>Persistent Search Bar, and select a design from the given options.
If you are one of those who loves to play ‘mix n match’ with your normalize icon size option, then you need to select the icon size from the look and feel section. You can shrink the large icons and resize them in a way that it will suit the material design guidelines. Basically, you can play with the theme as and how you want to.
Apart from the design, this new beta version has also implemented runtime permission for Android Marshmallow, and other optimisations to create a better space. The bugs in the previous beta version have been fixed.
