According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, who took on X (formerly Twitter) to share exclusive news that the vivo X Fold6 is launching in India on October 6, 2026, at 12PM IST. The tipster claims that the vivo X Fold6 will first make its global debut on October 1, 2026, followed by an India launch.
The news regarding the global launch is almost confirmed, since the company earlier confirmed that the vivo X Fold6 will be headed for global release, but the launch date currently remains under wraps.
Furthermore, the leak also suggests that vivo will offer the X Fold6 in India in two storage with single RAM configurations. He notes the device would come with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. Moreover, the foldable will come in two color options: Prism Black and Nebula Teal. Finally, the tipster said the phone ships with Origin OS 7 based on the latest Android 17.
