After announcing its new smartphone series called “CC” last week, Xiaomi is all set to launch the “CC” branded smartphones in India next month. The company confirmed yesterday that the smartphones will be launched on July 2 in India. According to reports, Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e will be launched in the series but there is no official confirmation about the same.
Although we don’t know much about the Xiaomi Mi CC9 and CC9e, we have the expected specifications of these devices. For starters, both the devices are expected to have Gorilla Glass protection along with triple rear cameras and waterdrop notch.
As far as the Xiaomi Mi CC9 is concerned, it will have a 6.39-inch AMOLED display which will be a full HD+ one. Also, the Mi CC9 might be powered by the Snapdragon 730 processor. This is the same processor that Xiaomi’s Redmi K20 is also powered by. Also, it might have up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
Talking about the triple rear cameras, they are likely to have a 48MP, 16MP and a 12MP sensor. On the front is likely to be a 32MP selfie camera along with MIUI 10 and Android 9.0 Pie. Xiaomi Mi CC9e is believed to be a slightly toned-down version of Mi CC9.
The Mi CC9e will have a Snapdragon 710 processor, up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. This smartphone should have a smaller 5.97-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. In terms of camera, Mi CC9e’s primary camera will also be a 48MP one. However, the device is expected to have an 8MP secondary sensor and a third 5MP sensor.
On the battery front, we should see a 3500 mAh cell on Mi CC9e. Talking about the price, Mi CC9e is expected to start at 1599 Yuan which is around Rs. 17,000 in terms of Indian currency. On the other hand, Mi CC9 might start at 2599 Yuan which rounds down to Rs. 27,000 in India.
