Honor recently announced the Honor 7X here in India which should go up for sale in December. It has now been revealed that the phone would be an Amazon exclusive. The company has announced that it would be pretty aggressive with the phone’s pricing but no details have been provided on the phone’s pricing and availability just yet.

If you don’t already know, the phone succeeds the popular Honor 6X. It comes with a more modern 18:9 display of 5.93 inches that has a resolution of 1080 x 2160. Apart from those thin bezels, the Honor 7X also sports dual cameras on its back. One of them is 16MP while the other sensor is of 2MP. The selfie camera of the phone is an 8MP unit.

The Honor 7X comes with standard 4GB of RAM irrespective of the storage variant you may go with. Talking of the storage variants, the phone has three of them – 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB – and all of them are expandable up to 256GB via a hybrid microSD card slot. It comes powered by Hisilicon Kirin 659 octa-core processor, developed in-house by Huawei.

While the Honor 7X might not be available until December, you can still register for the phone on Amazon. The registrants who end up buying the phone when available will be eligible for a bunch of prizes from the company. It includes free trips, power banks, earphones, and even Honor 7X units. The winners will be announced by January 8 and the prize distribution shall be done by February 5.

As mentioned above, both the companies involved haven’t even given a hint on the phone’s pricing and availability, but the terms and condition page of the offer gives a clue. It mentions that the registration is open only until December 27, so the Honor 7X will go up for sale only after that. Also, the prize announcing date also suggests something similar.

The details of pricing are not at all known at least for India. We have the Chinese pricing, though. The base 32GB variant of the Honor 7X is priced at CNY 1,299 (Rs. 12,800), the 64GB variant at CNY 1,699 (Rs. 16,700), and the 128GB variant is priced at CNY 1,999 (Rs. 19,700). Honor has confirmed to be coming with an ‘unbeatable’ price and we have to wait for a bit to get a confirmation on that.
