Nubia is about to introduce their flagship smartphone of 2018 which is supposed to have a bezel-less design. The ZTE’s Nubia Z18 has already been leaked numerous times showing impressive screen-to-body ratio. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer previously sent press invites with the text that says “Open the Future”.

Previously, we were expecting the smartphone to come with a small notch housing camera as seen on the Essential Phone. However, the recently leaked real live images of the device contradict it. As per the live images, there no notch present on the screen, not even a small one.

Almost every other smartphone brand is minimizing the side bezels but doing the same thing on the upper and chin is definitely a big thing. Considering the image, Nubia with Z18 has minimized the upper bezel a lot and chin is also reduced. No doubt, this smartphone is going to sport an impressive screen-to-body ratio. And that too coming from the brand which is not that globally popular.

The upper bezel is not enough to house a camera sensor but they can sure put a thin earpiece there. For the moment, it seems like the front camera would be present down on the chin. But looking closely at the image, the chin seems to be empty. Well, whatever will be the case, it would be pretty exciting to see how Nubia Z18 turns out to be.

To recall, the smartphone is supposed to arrive with a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display having a glass back and aluminum frame. It is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB onboard storage. For the cameras, there is a dual camera setup at the back having 24MP and 8MP sensor while there is an 8MP selfie shooter. All of this runs on Android 8.0 Oreo and a 3350 mAh battery capacity.

With the launch coming sooner, we’re expecting more leaks to come out in the open. Don’t miss any update related to Nubia Z18, Follow TrueTech on FacebookYoutube, and Twitter
