OnePlus to Boom Their Design Strategy, Disrupting the Industry Again?
It’s crazy cool how OnePlus is teasing us with their new interesting hashtag #PowerfullyBeautiful for their upcoming new phone OnePlus Mini, shows how they are into booming their design strategy. It feels as if OnePlus is moving ahead of other manufacturers in the design industry. Previously, we’ve got many leaks ahead of the launch on October 29th 2015 at London and some other countries, don’t forget to read out coverage on it. Coming back, all the leaked photos don’t show a clear design of the OnePlus mini, it shows an obscure picture of the OnePlus mini. Also, the specs were leaked on Amazon.in and we’ve got them here for you. We certainly don’t know if Amazon.in had planned any hoax or any Hype for us but the product was surely listed for a while.
Apart from the “#PowerfullyBeautiful” hashtag, OnePlus hasn’t forgotten to say “Beauty in the making”. A simple and minimalistic design over each of their alleged photography posters show that OnePlus is taking another big step to change their designing strategies and make a phone that looks the most beautiful. Well, again, they are setting up high expectations for the fans in terms of design, hope they don’t fail to satisfy their fans, Carl should stick to his words! Yep, don’t get me wrong, OnePlus is premiering in the design industry and I am a big fan of OnePlus and their efforts over the design!
Heres a list for all their posters about the “#PowerfullyBeautiful” hashtag and “Beauty in the making”.
First on list, on 13th October ’15, OnePlus shared the first post showing off their new design that’s Powerful and Beautiful. It depicts a while and silky material like on the OnePlus One Silk White variant.
Then, on October 14th, OnePlus pushes another post with the final launch date for the OnePlus Mini/X. They also tease the letter X which disregards our previous leaks. They all share details for the launch event that’s going to take place in London and other countries.
Third, on October 16th, another flow of ‘ebb’ and ‘design’ signified their efforts behind the designing and making of the devices.
Then, on October 19th, Another big leak that may show the new phone being manufactured. Along with a small light leak from the device.
October 21st, OnePlus shares another photo in the same loop. Fuzzy red light over a dark object which has a white object over it. It is really unidentifiable for us. What are your thoughts.
October 22nd, Another image posted in the same hashtag shows how difficult is designing, how much of efforts are put into it (shown by the worn out hands). Also, the teaser to the event ‘7 days’.
Amazingly, OnePlus looks forward to create an awesome phone again. Though it will be a mid-range device it seems they are focusing highly upon the design language for their phone. Carl felt that OnePlus has overpraised their devices for the fans after which, the fans were disappointed. Hopefully this doesn’t happen with future devices and especially with the design of the upcoming phone as OnePlus is over-promising about their powerful design.
