Realme has already made its name in the smartphone industry being just three years old. After smartphones, it is now entering the laptop market with the upcoming Realme Book that is expected to make its global debut soon. This will be the first laptop from BBK Electronics which is a holding company and Realme is a brand that BBK operates. Upcoming Realme Book 5K Renders And Specifications
First of all, the upcoming Realme Book looks stunning with its slim build. Although it isn’t known which material Realme is using for the case. However, by looking at the renders, it is presumably aluminum. Since the Realme Book will target college students and working professionals, it has to be slim and that is what you can see in the renders below.
The phone has a dimension of 307mm (length) x 229mm (width) x 16mm (depth) and weighs at around 1.5 Kgs or under since the exact weight is unavailable. Apparently, the Realme Book is slimmer than the Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 as well.
Realme Book is expected to be equipped with an FHD LED anti-glare panel with decently thin bezels around the edges. According to the reports, the laptop will arrive in multiple processor options right from 11th-gen Intel Core i3 to i5 processors along with multiple SSD and RAM variants. It will arrive with Genuine Windows 10 OS out-of-the-box and with Microsoft Office although the information on the version is not available at the moment.
About the I/O ports, the Realme Book will arrive with two USB Type-C slots and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the left while the right will house a single USB-A port. The power button mounted on the Realme Book will double up as a fingerprint scanner for secure biometric authentication.
As per the pricing and release date, the Realme Book is expected to launch by the end of next month i.e. August 2021. The pricing is expected to commence at Rs 40,000/- for the lowest variant while the highest variants will fetch a few thousand rupees more as usual.
