Hearsays have been around, Motorola is supposed to unveil a line-up of a total of nine smartphones in the coming days, and that is a generous amount of phones for a single keynote! One of these nine rookies will probably be the Moto X (2017), also known as the Moto X4. Along those lines, we now have a rumor suggesting that the launch might be imminent, and probably on June 30th – comes from a fledgling tipster on Twitter, who goes by the name Andri Yatim.

Along with his tweet about the launch schedule, he also leaked a few specifications of the upcoming Moto X4, in a question and answer format. Unlike its ancestors, the Moto X4 is tipped to sport a glass design. On top of that, the phone will don two cameras (the function being unknown) at the back, following the current market trend. Apart from these, the Moto X4 is said to bring mid-range specifications – the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, a 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage.

Nonetheless, what was very unexpected, might just happen with this device! The Moto X4 might as well hold an IP68 water and dust resistance certification, which will allow users to use the phone under water for about 30 minutes. Additionally, the phone might receive a big juice treat – it might sport a 3,800mAh battery, powered by Quick Charge 3.0.

The surprising news, however, is that it may be an IP68 certified smartphone, which means that you can use the device under water for 30 minutes. The phone might get a massive 3800mAh battery, which also supports Quick Charge 3.0. Furthermore, the device will have a 5.2-inch Full-HD display as per previous reports. Along with the power efficient Snapdragon 660 SoC, the Moto X4 should be the next best battery smartphone, taking reigns from the last year’s Moto Z Play. The handset will have a USB Type-C port.
