AnTuTu December 2025 rankings: Android flagship phones

Topping the flagship smartphone chart this month is the Nubia RedMagic 11 Pro+, which recorded an average score of 411.8K. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the gaming-focused phone once again proves why it remains a favorite among power users.

Close behind were the iQOO 15 and OnePlus 15, both posting scores of around 407K. The Realme GT8 Pro followed with 406K, while Honor WIN rounded out the top five at 405K.

MediaTek also made its presence felt. The Vivo X300 Pro (403K) and Oppo Find X9 Pro (402K), both equipped with the Dimensity 9500, secured solid positions in the top ten. Completing the list were the Honor Magic8 Pro (394K), Honor Magic 8 (393K), and the ZTE Nubia Z80 Ultra, which placed tenth with 385K.

Interestingly, the December flagship rankings featured only Qualcomm Snapdragon and MediaTek Dimensity chipsets. Neither Exynos nor Kirin-powered devices appeared in the top ten, continuing a trend seen throughout much of 2025.

At the top of the upper-midrange performance chart for December 2025 sits the Oppo Reno15 Pro, which recorded an average AnTuTu score of 213K. Powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8450, the device highlights how aggressively MediaTek has positioned itself in the sub-flagship space.

Right behind it is its counterpart, the Oppo Reno15, trailing closely with 212K points, making Oppo’s dominance at the top hard to ignore this month. Third place was claimed by the Realme Neo7 SE, which scored 205K thanks to the Dimensity 8400 Max chipset.

The iQOO Z10 Turbo 5G followed in fourth place with 201.5K, standing out as the last device to cross the 200K mark in this segment. Just below it, the Oppo K13 Turbo 5G secured fifth place with 197K points.

Further down the list, the Redmi Turbo 4 posted 190K, while the Oppo Reno14 Pro came in at 179K. The remaining spots were filled by the Vivo Y300 GT (170K), Realme GT Neo6 SE (162K), and Oppo Reno14, which rounded off the top ten with 160K points.

Leading the tablet performance charts for December 2025 is the Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3, which topped the list with an impressive 403K points. Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, it stands well ahead of the competition, reflecting the performance gap that still exists at the top end of the tablet market.

Interestingly, the Lenovo H3C MegaBook matched that same 331K score, making it the only tablet in the top ten powered by an Intel Ultra 5 228V processor instead of a Snapdragon or MediaTek chip.
