What do customers get inside Apple Hebbal?
The Apple Hebbal store has a team of 70 members from 15 different states. They are trained to guide customers with product details, trade-in programs, switching from Android to iOS, and even help with financing options.
Bengaluru is already known as a hub for startups and IT companies, so Apple has set up a dedicated Business Team inside this store. They help companies with advice, device setup, and solutions for using Apple products in their work.
Visitors can also try out the new lineup like iPhone 16, MacBook Pro with M4 chip, iPad Air with Pencil Pro, along with the new AirPods 4 and Apple Watch Series 10.
Focus on sustainability and culture
One thing that makes Apple Hebbal stand out is its commitment to the environment. The store works completely on renewable energy and is certified carbon-neutral. Apple wants to show its long-term commitment to sustainability in India.
Inside the store, there is also a touch of local culture. The design features artwork inspired by the peacock, India’s national bird. Customers can also download exclusive wallpapers and enjoy a special Apple Music playlist made with artists from Bengaluru.
The store is hosting free Today at Apple sessions daily, where people can learn things like iPhone photography, design, or features of Apple Intelligence. These are open to all and handled by Apple Creatives.
What’s next for Apple in India?
Apple is not stopping here. The next store is Apple Koregaon Park in Pune, set to open on September 4, 2025. After that, two more stores are expected, one in Noida at DLF Mall of India and another in Borivali, Mumbai. This shows Apple’s clear plan of expanding its retail presence in India.
So, the opening of Apple Hebbal is not just about another store. It is about Apple strengthening its place in India. With new products, expert help, focus on startups, and sustainability, the store is going to be a major destination for both customers and businesses in Bengaluru.
