Tech juggernaut Apple is gearing up for its next big launch – the iPhone 15 series in the second half of this year. Turns out Apple is likely to break the world record for the slimmest bezels with its iPhone 15 Pro Max. It was recently featured by reputable leakster Ice Universe giving it a credible source to back up.
Apple to break the world record for thinnest bezels
Apple will launch the iPhone 15 series sometime later this year probably around September. This series comprises iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max which is likely to be renamed as iPhone 15 Ultra.

Talking about iPhone 15 Pro Max (or iPhone 15 Ultra), the device is likely to feature the world’s slimmest (thinnest) bezels. According to Ice Universe, iPhone 15 Pro Max is likely to get bezels at just 1.55mm. For context, Xiaomi 13 holds the current title at 1.81mm while the Samsung Galaxy S22/S23 has 1.95mm thick bezels around the cover plate.
If it materializes, iPhone 15 Pro Max will break the world record with the slimmest bezels of all. As of now, iPhone 14 Pro stands at 2.17mm which is thicker than S22/S23 let alone Xiaomi 13 which is the title holder. The tipped bezels onboard the 15 Pro Max will make it 28% slimmer than the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Having slimmer bezels gives a better screen-to-body ratio.
iPhone 15 Pro Series will bring a lot onboard including a USB Type-C port, solid-state volume, and power buttons, Apple A17 Bionic chipset, and a few more things. iPhone 15 series, on the other hand, will get an A16 Bionic chipset instead.
