Just a day after Apple released its fourth developer preview for iOS 13, the iOS 13 public beta 3 is here with some changes and updates to the existing public beta. The same applies to iPadOS, macOS Catalina, and tvOS 13. Still, in its mid-way, iOS 13 could get as much as 10 beta builds similar to last year’s iOS 12. If you have signed up for the beta program, you must get the update via over-the-air (OTA) or else, you can visit Apple’s website to sign up for the beta program.

Talking about iOS 13 public beta 3, it brings a string of features such as tweaked Photos interface along with Share Sheet. The icon for voice messages within Messages app has been rearranged and changed a bit that can be recalled using a long-press on an app. Furthermore, the Cupertino-based tech gain has fixed a vulnerability that allows intruders to access the passwords of the users stored in the Settings app without the need to go through its Touch ID or Face ID authentication system.

iOS 13 was officially announced at the WWDC 2019 held in June and it is expected to roll out officially in mid-September around the release of Apple’s upcoming 2019 iPhones. iOS 13 brings a lot on board such as the system-wide dark mode that has already received its share of praises and acclaims. Further, the Photos app has received heavy improvements with a new Photos tab that supports smart photo previews, contextual transitions, and other features while segregating the photos contextually accounting for days, events, birthdays, etc.

The camera has always been a pro-feature on iPhones and the iOS 13 will take it one step further with the many improvements to the processing while the security and privacy of the users have been fortified with functionalities like anti-fingerprinting protection in Safai, app location permissions and transparency, and more.
