Asus has launched the VivoBook K15 OLED lineup on Friday (October 1st) in India starting at just Rs 46,990/- making it one of the cheapest laptops with an OLED panel. You get to choose between AMD R5, 11th-gen Intel i3 through Intel i7 along with a 15.6-inch OLED panel and more arriving with the Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale starting Sunday (for Flipkart Plus members) and the following day for other users.

Asus VivoBook K15 OLED pricing starts at Rs 46,990/- for the entry-level Intel Core i3 variant. It is available at Rs 45,990/- during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale starting on October 3.

Moving on, the Intel Core i5 variant of VivoBook K15 OLED with 8GB of RAM carries a price tag of Rs 65,990/- while the 16GB variant goes up for sale at Rs 68,990/-. There’s a Rs 2,000/- additional discount during the sale. The K15 OLED with Intel Core i7 variant is priced at Rs 81,990/-.

The AMD R5 model with K15 OLED is priced at Rs 62,990/- but if you get it during the incoming (or ongoing) sale at Rs 59,990/-. You can also get their hands on the Asus VivoBook K15 OLED on Amazon and a bunch of offline retail stores.

Asus VivoBook K15 OLED is made up of plastic (mostly) with a metallic exterior and a flamboyant OLED display which is its USP. The laptop weighs 1.8kg. It arrives with a tonne of connectivity features such as dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.0, a 720p webcam, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, a headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, a microSD card slot and a full-sized HDMI output, and finally, a USB 3.0 Type-C port.

You get a 15.6-inch 1080p OLED panel with the K15 lineup and the panel is a lot bright and colorful because it is OLED after all. The display peaks at 600 nits of brightness and have a glossy type with 100 percent DCI-P3 with an 85 percent screen-to-body ratio.

There are two downward-firing loudspeakers tuned by Harmon Kardon and even though these speakers aren’t the loudest, both the speakers are okay for music, online classes, binge-watching, and so on. You can strap Bluetooth or wired headphones with the notebook and jazz to the groove as well.

Moving on, the laptop arrives with various chipset configurations. The first is the Intel Core i3-1115G4 chipset with Iris Xe Graphics, 256GB SSD, and 8GB RAM. There’s an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with Intel UHD and Nvidia Geforce MX330 GPU and finally, a max of Intel Core i7 CPU, Nvidia MX350 GPU, 16GB of RAM, and there’s an AMD Ryzen 5 option available as well in case if you are into it. The lineup runs on Windows 10 Pro and will be upgradable to Windows 11 once it arrives. You have a 42Whr 3-cell Li-ion battery with a 65W AC adapter.
