Nothing and hundreds of other sources have been teasing the CMF Phone 1 specs and renders left and right. We have seen the phone from various angles, the specs from tipsters such as Yogesh Brar. As we are inching closer to its launch on July 8, here’s what the phone is expected to bring and the pricing it could feature at.
CMF Phone 1 Pricing Leaked
Earlier, we got a leaked suggested box priced on the device i.e., at INR 19,999/-. It shows that the phone would ultimately be priced under that.
Cut to now, Brar mentions that the pricing is at INR 15,999/- and INR 17,999/- as the discounted pricing. I am speculating that the actual prices would be at least INR 1,000/- or INR 2,000/- higher than what the above-mentioned discounted pricing briefly features.
CMF Phone 1 Specs Leaked
According to the latest specs leak by tipster Yogesh Brar, the CMF Phone 1 will sport a 6.7” FHD+ AMOLED panel boasting a 120Hz refresh rate. There’s a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC under the hood paired alongside 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB storage configurations available. You can extend the memory up to 2TB using a microSD card.
Moving on, there’s Android 14 out-of-the-box. On the optics front, CMF Phone 1 uses a 16MP selfie plus 50MP and an auxiliary sensor at the back although don’t expect too much from the camera, it’s just an average setup.
The phone uses a 5,000mAh battery supplied with 33W fast charging tech that should take around an hour to juice up.
CMF Phone 1, being from Nothing, seems like a trimmed-down version of Nothing Phone (2a) that was released a few weeks ago. Of course, Nothing has changed a few things about CMF Phone 1 such as there’s no Glyph lights, the selfie cam resolution is halved, charging speeds have dropped from 45W and there’s no ultrawide cam. However, you can see that reflected in the pricing itself so it makes sense.
Somehow, CMF Phone 1 is using a slightly better chipset than Phone (2a) and at a better pricing so that’s a great thing for those who waited if pricing and the processor is the concern.
