Honor 90 and 90 Pro to Specs Leaked

According to a recent article from mobilissimo, the upcoming Honor 90 series was expected to offer only a minor upgrade compared to the previous 80 series. However, a recently surfaced image now reveals the design evolution of the Honor 90 and 90 Pro models.

In the image, the Pro variant which is positioned on the right maintains the rounded hexagonal camera arrangement but separates them into two distinct islands. Additionally, there is a noticeable dual texture on the back of the device.

The Honor 90 Pro will feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, similar to its predecessor. The device is also expected to sport a curved 1224p display and support 90W fast charging, an improvement over the previous 66W charging capability.

While talking about the camera, As previously mentioned, last year, the Honor 80 and Honor 80 Pro were introduced to the market, equipped with the impressive 200 MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 primary camera sensor.

However, it was observed that neither of these phones fully utilized the sensor’s capabilities, as they limited the camera resolution to 160 MP for reasons unknown. Digital Chat Station has now shared additional details, stating that the upcoming generation, comprising the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro, will address this previous setback. According to the leaker, Digital Chat station these new models will retain the same main camera hardware as their predecessors but will now make full use of the entire 200 MP capacity of the Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor.

The Honor 90 model features two separate camera islands and boasts a distinctive speckled texture. Furthermore, it will offer support for 66W charging. Alongside the leaked image, there is an accompanying announcement revealing that the Honor 90 duo is set to be revealed on May 29, which is six months after the launch of the 80 series.
