After releasing three new smartphones in Honor 10 series, Huawei’s subsidiary Honor is up for another round of launch with the newly teased Honor 10 Lite which as said, is the toned-down version of the standard Honor 10 which was quite expensive by price point while the Lite version will cheap and will be official unraveled in Beijing, China, on November 21 for which, a poster appeared on Chinese social network Weibo endorsed by Chinese pop singer Zhu Zhengting.
Based on a number of rumors and revelations that occurred previously, we know that the upcoming Honor 10 Lite will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core SoC and will have a back panel resembling that of Honor 8X and others with colored gradient back panel.
The device will have a dual-camera setup at the back enabled with AI which is something Huawei has been doing a lot and as long as it produces some of the fantastic images, we are good to go with. Although you can’t expect a profession DSLR-like image quality with your Honor 10 Lite or should I say Honor 9N or Honor 9I (if you know what I mean).
Based on the rumors, the Honor Lite 10 will run on EMUI 9.0 based on Android Pie out-of-the-box along with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a notched display in on the way too. About the charging, the phone will feature 18W fast charging which is somewhat the same that comes with OnePlus 6 and others but there’s no wireless charging capability as per our knowledge.
About other specs, the phone will host a 5.84-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display backed with 6GB RAM and a 128GB internal storage. The rear camera setup has 16+24MP dual-camera AI-enabled with 24MP at the front with object recognition and beauty mode. We are expecting a price tag between Rs 10,400 to 20,000 although that is a huge upper and lower limit, it is safe to assume that the phone will have a price tag at the upper limit similar to Huawei Honor Play 4GB (Rs 19,999).
