Apple’s WWDC 2017 conference is about to kick off in just about an hour, however, preparing for the same, the fruit-inspired company might have just revealed a major news with this small blunder. Steve Troughton-Smith, a developer spotted an official Files app listing on the iOS app store. As soon as he spotted the app, he tweeted about it, find the tweet embedded below:

Judging by the app store listing, it is pretty easy to figure out Apple’s obvious future prospect – to give the iOS file management system a revamp. From the dawn of the iPhones in 2007, iOS has tucked away files like a messy manager and left the handiwork for third party apps to do. But, that may change today, as Apple might announce the official iOS Files app.

This functionality may be new to iOS users, but with Android, it has been present since ever. Coming close, the iCloud Drive lets users browse their files in a systematic manner, nonetheless, those files are on iCloud drive and not the Apple device. Therefore, Apple might have finally thought of clearing the clutter by introducing this new app.

It is a just a short wait to find out whether the news is real or not, the Apple WWDC 2017 conference will kick off soon, and TrueTech will be providing full-fledged coverage of the same. So do stay tuned.
