Following the launch in Asia, the Asus Zenfone is now also making its way to the stores in Europe. The prices for the phone stars at just €179 euro, the most expensive version of the Zenfone 2 is €349 euro. The first point where the Zenfone 2 is outstanding is the ability to choose 4GB of RAM, and the Zenfone 2 has plenty more to offer. The Zenfone 2 has a range of variants in production and three of them are heading for Europe.
The most expensive Zenfone 2 is the ZE551ML variant, which is costing you €349 euro and comes with 4GB of RAM, a Intel Atom Z3580 clocked at 2.3GHz, a 1080x1920P (Full-HD) resolution 5.5 inch screen, a 13MP rear camera, 32GB of internal storage and a 3000mAh battery. If you don’t have the money to buy the €349 euro variant, there is also a cheaper variant. For €249 euro you can grab the ZE550ML, which has a 1280x720P (HD) 5.5 inch display, an Intel Atom Z3560 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13MP rear camera and also a 3000mAh battery.

Do you want a more budget friendly variant, then you can go for the ZE500CL, which features an Intel Atom Z2560 SoC, a 120x720P (HD) 5 inch display, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a smaller 2500mAh battery. All the variants feature a microSD card slot and are running Android 5.0 Lollipop right out of the box.
France will be the first Europe market where the Zenfone 2 will be released, ahead of a wider rollout across Europe. Asus France is offering the ZE551ML variant with 4GB of RAM for €299 euro, this is only for a limited time. The Zenfone 2 launch in the US is stated for the spring and the Indian launch is expected on the 13th of April.
