Amazon Canada has outshone competitors by dropping the price of the MacBook Air M1 to a jaw-dropping $1,079.97 (CAD), which is $220 less than its retail price. Notably, Staples also has a sale on the discontinued MacBook Air M1, at the same $1079.97 price tag as Amazon’s.
This aggressive pricing not only undercuts Walmart’s retail price at $1299.99, but also Best Buy’s Easter Sale deal at $1,199.99 (only $100 off). When it comes to the raw numbers on the spec sheet, the 256GB of SSD may appear to be humble compared to its competitors, it generally suffices for most users, especially those who rely on external and cloud storage storage solutions.
Similarly, the 8GB RAM too may seem limiting on paper, especially given that Android phones today have up to 16GB of RAM, but in practice, the laptop performs decently well.
