A few years back, OnePlus would launch three smartphones a year i.e. the flagship base model, the Pro, and the T model. It spread its portfolio by launching ‘R’ models as well and the recent one is the OnePlus 10R powered by Dimensity 8100 Max SoC. As per the leaked specifications, the OnePlus 11R, a successor to the OnePlus 10R, is likely to arrive later this year or early 2023. Pegged with the OnePlus 11 Pro design, the folks at MySmartPrice and OnLeaks got their hands on the specifications that the OnePlus 11R will arrive with.
OnePlus 11R Specifications Leaked
The last-gen 10R was powered by Dimensity 8100-Max SoC, however, the 11R is likely to get a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC onboard. It will have 128GB and 256GB storage along with 8GB and 16GB of RAM. The phone is speculated to get a full-sized 6.7” FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz panel which is again similar to the OnePlus 10R.
Moving on, we have a 16MP selfie and a 50+8+2MP triple rear camera possibly with arrangements similar to its predecessor. However, take it with a pinch of salt at the moment. There’s a hefty 5,000mAh battery onboard alongside 100W SuperVOOC charging tech. For context, it is bigger than 4,500mAh on the OnePlus 10R 150W variant while there’s a 5,000mAh battery variant too capped at 80W onboard.
As it is a new device in the making, it’s quite obvious that the phone will get Android 13-powered OxygenOS 13 out of the box, unlike the predecessor. Overall, apart from the new processor, an added 16GB+256GB variant and a 100W fast charging tech are a few things that are changing with the upcoming OnePlus 11R. We are also waiting for confirmation on the colorways in case OnePlus decides to roll out something new.
