OnePlus 3 Specs leaked: SnapDragon 820, 5.5-inch 1080p, 16MP, 64GB

The OnePlus 3 has been gaining hype again this year, the company has already started teasing the phone ahead of the launch which apparently will take place at the end of the next month. However, as always, the phone’s specs are already unravelled, our endurance-brimmed leaker @evleaks (Evan Blass) brings us more palpable factual details about the OnePlus 3 specs. Evan’s tweet included a screenshot from the OnePlus’ new smartphone which uncovers that the phone runs on an Android N preview build. Which implies, the next probable ‘ flagship killer’ would come with Android N on board or will be updated as soon as Google releases their final version of N.

According to Evan Blass, the 3 is said to sport a 1080P FHD screen and not a quad HD screen. (c’mon, isn’t it 2016 yet?) Coming to the rest, the OnePlus 3 will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor and a 64GB onboard storage. The main camera on the 3 is rumoured to be a 16MP sensor and after all the negative, OnePlus also pushes in the NFC functionalities. The price point of the phone should remain the nearly same; around $300-400. But, here’s the contrast, the previous leaks already suggest that the OnePlus 3 would come in two variants, the primary one with a 4GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage and the higher end version, that supposedly boasts a 6GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage.

What are your thoughts about it, are you excited? We surely are! The only bummer is the 1080P screen, the reason that makes the phone fall behind the rest. However, nothing can be concluded by the leaks, we’ll wait for the final launch event!
