OnePlus 11 Launched: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 soC and Alert Slider

The OnePlus 11, which was first launched in China last month, debuted at the Cloud 11 event yesterday in both India and the rest global market. This flagship device offers the public the most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, updated Hasselblad cameras, quicker charging, and OnePlus’s traditional “Alert Slider”. The OnePlus 11 5G comes pre-installed with the OxygenOS 13 user interface and runs Android 13 out of the box. The company promises that the phone will receive 4 years of Android updates and 5 years of security updates. A 6.7-inch Quad-HD+ (1,440×3,216 pixels) 10-bit LTPO 3.0 AMOLED screen with 525ppi pixel density, a dynamic refresh rate of 0-120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of up to 1,000Hz is included on the smartphone.

This smartphone expands on the style of the OnePlus 10 Pro; OnePlus states that they were inspired by a black hole, indeed, there is now a circular camera bump on the back that flows into the metal frame of the device and bears the Hasselblad branding. The Gorilla Glass 5 rear cover, which combines the aesthetics of the OnePlus 7T and 10 Pro, provides protection. I especially love the “Titan black” color of the OnePlus 11 because the back has a matt finish which leads to poor pickup of fingerprints and smudges. The company also offers an “Eternal Green” color with a glossy finish.

A 100GB Google One subscription with six months of storage will also be made available to customers by OnePlus.
