Oppo K9 Pro brings a few upgrades over the vanilla K9 released a few months ago. The phone brings on-board a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED punch-hole display that boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The display comes with DCI-P3 wide color gamut, HDR10, and has a 16MP front-facing camera on the top-left corner.

The device has a Dimensity 1200 SoC under the hood with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR4x RAM depending upon which option you choose. Similarly, there’s 128GB and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage option as well with no microSD card slot to it.

Unlike the Oppo K9, K9 Pro rear camera bump looks similar to the Oppo Reno series with three distinct camera lenses arranged in a vertical stack while the overall camera bump extends to the full width of the rear panel. The triple rear camera setup houses a 64MP primary shooter with a 6P lens, f/1.7 aperture; an 8MP ultra-wide camera with 5P lens and 119-degree FoV; and a 2MP macro shooter with 3P lens and f/2.4 aperture.

Moving further, we have a 4,500 mAh battery under the hood paired with a 60W Super Flash Charge capable of juicing up the battery from 0 to 50 percent in 16 minutes.

Other features on-board Oppo K9 Pro are dual-band Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Face Unlock, in-display fingerprint scanner, USB-C port with OTG support, a DSDS 5G support, and Bluetooth 5.2. There’s a 3.5mm headphone jack as well. Finally, the device runs on Android 11-flavored ColorOS 11.3 out-of-the-box.
