As mysterious as it can be, a new smartphone from Oppo has appeared on Chinese regulatory TENAA under the moniker Oppo PDAM10 which is, of course, an operating name and not the actual moniker. So, the TENAA listing does give a bit of information about the specifications that the phone will bring on-board although most of it is incomplete and we might have to wait for some time to actually get a complete specs sheet.

Apparently, the device i.e. Oppo PDAM10 is expected to be launched in Oppo’s A-series based on the specs revealed in the listing. It mentions that the phone sports a 6.5-inch TFT Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2,400×1,080 pixels. It is speculated to arrive with a waterdrop notch which is synonymous with most A-series of phones from the Chinese smartphone maker.

Furthermore, the listing reveals that the phone will measure at 162×75.5×8.9mm and it will weigh around 188 grams. An unknown octa-core chipset clocked at 2GHz processor is expected to power the device flanked with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The listing states that the phone has a Dual 4G LTE.

In the optics department, the phone will probably feature a quad-camera setup including a 12MP (primary), 8MP (ultrawide), 2MP (macro), and 2MP (depth) along with an 8MP snapper at the front. To put things into context, these camera specs are similar to Oppo A31 with the addition of an ultrawide sensor.

Moving further, although the device will sport a chunky 4,880 mAh battery, MySmartPrice puts it that no fast charging must be expected with it. The smartphone will run on the latest Android 10 out-of-the-box and it is expected to get Oppo’s FuntouchOS 7 which is the latest offering from the smartphone maker but we will have to get a confirmation on too as well.

What do you think Oppo PDAM10 will be like? Is it Oppo A31 or a different mid-range smartphone? Comment below.
