Realme C-series is ever-expanding and it has been joined by a new smartphone aka Realme C21Y. Earlier launched in Vietnam, the device has now arrived in India powered by a Unisoc chipset along with two memory options and more.
Realme C21Y sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a 720×1600 pixels (HD+) resolution and a waterdrop-shaped notch that houses a 5MP selfie camera. Moving on, we have a triple rear camera setup at the back much like Realme C25s that houses a 13MP primary cam and an AI cam which is essentially a 2MP depth sensor.
Next, the device runs on Unisoc T610 octa-core chipset with two Cortex-A75 clocked at 1.8GHz frequency. It is one of the most versatile and high-performance processors at this price range. You get a 3GB and a 4GB RAM option along with 32GB and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage on-board. You also get a dedicated microSD slot for expandability. It runs on Android 10-powered Realme UI 1.0 out-of-the-box.
The Realme C21Y sports a 5,000 mAh battery pack under the hood and also supports reverse charging and a standard charging tech (10W). Other specifications include GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi n, a microUSB 2.0 port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Realme C21Y supports 4G LTE and has a Dual SIM with dual standby. The device has been offered in two color variants i.e. Cross Black and Cross Blue and it starts at INR8,999/- for its 3GB+32GB storage variant. The higher 4GB+64GB variant arrives at a price tag of Rs 9,999/-. It will go up for sale on August 30 at noon.
