Samsung Galaxy A55 Design & Renders Leaked

The mid-rangers such as Galaxy A55 bring a new design element dubbed as Key Island button design. If you compare the side profile or frame on leaked Galaxy A55 renders and Galaxy A54, you will see that the former’s frame on the sides appears to be slightly raised around the power and volume rockers. We saw it recently on Galaxy A15 and A25 as well.

The mid-frame is completely flat with rounded corners and edges except the buttons area. It should aid in handling the device. The antenna lines are one the frame hinting at a metallic frame whereas previously, the phones were using aluminium frames.

Moving further, the phone will have a flat display with considerably thick bezels. As usual, the chin is thicker than the other sides. A punch-hole cut-out sits at the center of the top bezel. The rear shows a rather pleasant-looking flat back panel with three sensors protruding above without any camera island whatsoever.

Samsung Galaxy A55 Specs (Expected)

Samsung Galaxy A55 made its appearance on Geekbench among other places a few times. We know that the phone brings onboard an Exynos 1480 SoC clocked at a 2.75GHz max frequency. It is a 4nm chipset flanked with Xclipse 530 GPU co-developed by AMD Radeon graphics.

Seems like the phone will be sold with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage although multiple configurations will be available. There’s Android 14 on-board with OneUI 6.1 on top when it comes to the software part.
