Just as we stepped into the next week of December, Samsung Galaxy S10 rumors have groped us again with their enticing and luring leaks and this time, its an actual prototype of the handset spotted in the wild although the image is little grainy and chances could be that it might not be Samsung Galaxy S10, but sources suggest that it could be a prototype of S10.
Samsung Galaxy S10 is one of the most anticipated smartphones in the Android cadre and thanks to the numerous leaks, the South Korean giant has been able to hype up about it even before it is months away from its speculated release date. As of now, we know that there are at least four models of Samsung Galaxy S10 where the three versions sport an Infinity-O display while the ‘Lite’ variant brings a flat OLED display. Last week, photos were leaked on Twitter claiming that the screen protector caught on-screen is actually of Samsung Galaxy S10s.
Famous leakster Ice Universe posted an image of speculated Galaxy S10’ screen protector while an actual render of the handset followed by a different image showcasing the various screen protectors that will be used by varying Galaxy S10 models.
But the biggest leak of this week comes from a Koren Twitterati user who shared an image of a person using a phone which is suggested to be a prototype of Galaxy S10 caught on a subway in South Korea. The phone has an Infinity-O display which is self-explanatory since it features a punch-hole for it’s from camera on the right top-side while a Samsung Galaxy A8s launched with Infinity-O display had the punch-hole located on the left top-side which has raised rumors in the tech world.
For your information, higher officials working at any smartphones makers might get their prototype devices to test out in the wild in real-like situations before the phones are launched. Google Pixel 3 went through the same phase while receiving millions of rumors even before Google unleashed it.
Per what we know about Samsung Galaxy S10 specs, there are actually four versions namely S10 (standard), Plus, Lite, and a four one (the moniker is unavailable right now). Also, the screen sizes will be 5.8, 6.4, and 6.7-inch where the entry-level S10 will feature a Galaxy S8-esque display. Finally, Galaxy S10 is among the few devices to get a 5G treatment out-of-the-box although it won’t be present across all models while a Snapdragon 855 SoC is in the tow too.
Samsung has showcased its prowess with dual-aperture dual-camera setups and triple, quadruple camera setup too and we could expect a hexa-camera set up on the ‘Plus’ variant too. These are just a few things that we know about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 which could be official on February 20 during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona but then again, these are just rumors and not something Samsung has officially stated so we will have to wait for some more tim.
