Samsung follows almost the same schedule when it comes to its flagship launches. The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is due to arrive early next year and turns out we already have 5K renders for the top-notched Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra thanks to Digit and OnLeaks.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra renders leaked
The folks at Digit and tipster OnLeaks (Steve H.McFly) have posted a 3*0-degree video and 5K renders for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Although it is not based on the final product design, it does show that this particular design is currently being brainstormed for the S22 Ultra devices at Samsung.
Check out the stunning renders and you will see that the phone takes a cue from Samsung’s Note series. The Galaxy S22 Ultra appeared humongous with a flat top and bottom sides and cylindrical right and left sides. The phone has a curved right and left side similar to the waterfall display on Huawei Mate 30 Pro although it doesn’t have an insane curve but something that molds into the mid-frame without sticking out.
Look at the camera and you will see an all-new camera bump dubbed as a P-shaped bump that houses five sensors including what appears to be a periscope sensor although take it with a pinch of salt. This is because the South Korean giant hasn’t confirmed anything about the camera specifics although it is just a matter of time until it remains a mystery. The camera performance is expected to be enhanced with the upcoming iteration though. Finally, the front camera setup housed in a punch-hole at the center of the top bezel appears the same as its predecessor Galaxy S21 Ultra.
What’s amazing is that the phone has a 5S Pen slot even with its rumored 5,000 mAh battery under the hood goes on to show that Samsung has likely made some changes in the internal layout of the components to make way for a huge battery as well as a slot for the S Pen.
Unfortunately, we don’t know much about the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Along with the renders, Digit has mentioned that the device has 1*3.2×77.9×8.9mm dimensions with a 10.5mm maximum thickness. There’s a *.8-inch dual-curved AMOLED display with HRR and higher resolution which goes without saying.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is due early next year albeit there are no specific dates that I know of at the moment. It should arrive between late January to February 2022 for sure.
