Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series Leak: Full Specs and Pricing Details

What’s Coming In The Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic

Samsung’s going with two versions again. The regular Watch8 and a Watch8 Classic. Both will be sold in Bluetooth only and 4G versions. The main difference is the materials and that rotating dial on the Classic version. That one’s still around.

For sizes, the Watch8 comes in 40mm and 44mm, while the Classic will only be in 46mm. About the displays, the smaller 40mm Watch8 has a 1.34-inch sAMOLED, and the 44mm goes slightly bigger at 1.47-inch. The Classic stays at 1.34-inch. All of them get 327ppi and a super bright screen that can hit up to 3000 nits, which is great outdoors.

Inside, there’s a new chip. It’s the Exynos W1000, built on 3nm, which should help battery and performance. All watches get 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. They’ll run One UI 8 Watch. Samsung also adds all the expected sensors heart rate, ECG, BIA, and all the health stuff. Materials-wise, Watch8 uses Armor Aluminum with Sapphire Glass, and Classic uses Stainless Steel with Sapphire Glass.

A Look At Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025)

Not much has changed here, honestly. Samsung is mostly keeping the same specs from last year. The big difference? A new blue bezel and a matching Marine strap. That’s about it in terms of design.

Specs-wise, it’s still got a 1.47-inch sAMOLED, same 3000 nits brightness, Exynos W1000 chip, 2GB RAM, and a big 64GB storage (bigger than the others). The battery is a strong 590mAh, and it’s all into a titanium frame with sapphire glass again. Meant more for the rugged, sporty users.

Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series Pricing in Europe

So yeah, the prices are going up. Not a lot, but still, around €50–€60 more than last year. Here’s what the leak says:

  • Galaxy Watch8 40mm (Bluetooth): €379.99 (~₹38,195)
  • Galaxy Watch8 44mm (Bluetooth): €409.99 (~₹41,210)
  • Galaxy Watch8 Classic 46mm (Bluetooth): €529.99 (~₹53,270)
  • Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025): €699.99

These are just for the Bluetooth models, the 4G ones will obviously be more.

When and where to Watch the Launch?

The Galaxy Unpacked event is on July 9, and it’ll start at 10 a.m. ET / 7:30 p.m. IST in India. You can watch it live on Samsung’s official YouTube channel.

Leaks basically spoiled the surprise this time. If you were waiting to see what’s new in the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series, well, now you know. It’s more of a performance and material upgrade. The new chip, that 3000 nits display, and the design updates are nice, but nothing game changing. Still, looks like a solid step forward. Let’s wait and see if Samsung has a few extras hidden for the actual event.
