Well, the next X60 model from Vivo is just around the corner as the Chinese smartphone maker confirmed that it is launching on January 21. Apparently, the company also confirmed that it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood.

The poster released on Weibo shows the upcoming Vivo X60 Pro+ is a majestic sport leather back clad in two colors. You can easily see ZEISS Optics branding on the quad-camera camera bump with the primary taking a 50MP ISOCELL GN1 sensor.

Vivo has already released two smartphones in the X60 series i.e. the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro. The upcoming Vivo X60 Pro+ was speculated to arrive, however, the OEM didn’t explain its launch date or information about it in detail.

Vivo X60 Pro+

Vivo has put up Vivo X60 Pro+ 5G on a pre-order at just $8 or 50 Yuan. You can choose between Classic Orange and Dark Blue color options available. There are also two storage configurations available i.e. 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB.

Talking about the specifications, the device will sport a giant 6.56-inch AMOLED panel with an FHD+ resolution as per the rumors. The display will sport a 120Hz refresh rate on-board which is a great add-on as most of the flagship smartphones now have it including the latest Samsung Galaxy S21 series. The device is also expected to arrive with a beefy 55W fast charging tech from Vivo.

Moving ahead, we do know that the display will be curved and will have a tiny punch-hole right at the center and a fingerprint scanner under the display. It will have tiny bezels around it which gives you the feel of using a proper edge-to-edge display. We do know that the device’s camera has excellent low-light performance and if that turns out to be true, Vivo X60 Pro+ has got everything you need in a flagship smartphone in 2021.

Stay tuned as we will inform you about the confirmed specifications and more once the Vivo X60 Pro+ arrives on January 21.
