Xiaomi is scheduled to launch its China-only Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro smartphone on November 5th followed by Xiaomi Note 10 for global markets nine days later. Leaks have started popping around the Mi CC9 Pro and this will surely take the rug under your feet. As per a Weibo post, Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro is likely to get the largest battery in the Xiaomi family at 5,260 mAh apart from other specifications.
This gives Mi CC9 Pro an edge over the second-largest battery size holder Redmi 8A although it couldn’t surpass the likes of Asus ROG Phone 2 and Samsung Galaxy M30s’ 6,000 mAh battery.
Anyways, with larger battery size, the phone is likely to last almost two days on a moderate charge which is something we all need. To power it up, Xiaomi will introduce a 30W wired charging to the device as well which reportedly takes the battery from 0% to 58% in just 30 minutes and charges to its full capacity in total 65 minutes which is impressive although not as much as Oppo’s 65W Super VOOC that it will be rolling out with the high-end Oppo Reno Ace.
Apart from that, Geekbench listing revealed that Xiaomi Mi Note 10 which is about to reach two weeks later is actually a rebranded Mi CC9 Pro which isn’t much of a surprise since Xiaomi has done it several times.
Apart from that, a Weibo listing revealed that Mi CC9 Pro will have a Penta-camera setup at the back bearing a primary 108MP sensor. It ill be flanked with 5x optical zoom, 12MP portrait, 20MP ultra-wide and a macro camera while the front will have a 32MP selfie shooter that completes its camera setup.
About the powerhouse mounted on its helm, the device is likely powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G similar to Oppo Reno 2 and will have a maximum frequency of 2.2GHz. The device is likely to have a larger 6.47-inch FHD+ OLED hyperbolic 4-curved display with an under-the-screen fingerprint sensor. It will also have 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of storage along with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM variants although a leaked Geekbench listing which links Mi CC9 Pro with Mi Note 10 mentions only the 8GB variant.
Xiaomi will hold a massive launch event for Mi CC9 Pro on November 5 where it will launch the device along with the speculated Mi Watch which is basically a clone to Apple Watch and finally, Mi TV 5 among other devices.
