Xiaomi is gearing up for another launch just after the Redmi Note 11 Pro series launched in India yesterday. Cut to now, Redmi 10 is coming and it is arriving on March 17th #Redmi10IsComing.
According to the microsite that Xiaomi launched, the Redmi 10 is arriving in India next week. The website does feature some vague specifications such as a big battery, Snapdragon power, blockbuster display, and a new camera era. These terms are outright vague and we will have to wait for more information to appear online.
The Indian Redmi 10’s specs sheet is likely to contain a 6nm Snapdragon SoC under the hood. The site reads “2x faster than the previous generation” so we could see a relatively faster SoC. There’s a waterdrop-shaped notch in an already grandeur display with a huge chin and thick bezels around the edges.
Apart from that, the back panel looks simply stunning with a textured and smudge-free finish. The pics reveal a giant squaricle camera bump surprisingly in a grand squarcile camera bump which is almost twice as large. It is likely to pack in a 50MP primary sensor among others.
Moving on, we have a massive battery onboard along with ultra-fast storage although the specs remain the same.
For the uninitiated, there’s a Redmi 10 available at the moment but it is different from the Indian variant we are talking about. For context, it features a Helio G88 SoC, 8MP selfie and 50MP quad-camera, 90Hz 6.5” FHD+ LCD panel, a 5000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging tech along with others.
At the end of the day, we are almost a week away from Redmi 10 India launch so let’s see how the event unravels.
