Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 5G packs in a 6.67” FHD+ AMOLED panel with a punch-hole cut-out. The display is rated at a 120Hz refresh rate and has a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The punch-hole cut-out display comes with TUV Rheinland certifications for Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, and Circadian Friendly which makes it comfortable for viewing. A Gorilla Glass 3 sits on top for protection against falls and scratches.
The phone looks well-designed with a boxy appearance. It uses a punch-hole at the center housing a 16MP front cam. The rear packs in a squaricle camera bump with a triple camera setup consisting of a 108MP primary plus 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro sensor. For battery, the phone uses a hefty 5,000mAh battery pack paired with 33W fast charging and a USB-C port.
The Redmi Note 13 5G is powered by a Dimensity 6080 SoC clocked at 2.4GHz. There are two storage variants – 6+128GB and 8+256GB with an expandable storage of up to 1TB. On the software front, the phone uses Android 12-powered MIUI 14. Thankfully, the phone has an IP54 dust and splash resistance too giving it an edge over phones in the similar price segment.
Other specifications include a dual hybrid SIM, Bluetooth v5.3, NFC, IR Blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Dolby Atmos support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
