Further, the new MIUI 10 brings a revamped user experience when it comes to app previews. Instead of showcasing recent apps in the horizontal-scrolling carousel, instead, the UI shows recent apps with a vertically scrolling view which is ideal for tall screens with 18:9 aspect ratios.

Furthermore, the new UI brings tonnes of sound effects that can play at various instances which includes white noises like fire, beaches, forests, drizzle, fire, rain, and more that helps fall asleep.

Xiaomi has also tweaked the UI a lot that escapes apps from loading and directly opens the start page without any overheads. Android 10 brought gesture-based navigation system onboard which helps open recent apps by swiping on the screen upwards while a flick on the left and right edges will get you to the previous screen and there are a bunch of other gestures available with it too.
