Highlights
  • iQOO Pad6 Pro brings a large 13.2-inch 4K display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate for gaming and entertainment.
  • The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, delivering flagship-level performance for multitasking and heavy apps.
  • A massive 13,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging keeps the iQOO Pad6 Pro running for long hours without worry.

The premium Android tablet market is gradually becoming more competitive, and iQOO’s latest launch adds another strong contender to the lineup. The company has launched the iQOO Pad6 Pro in China alongside its new iQOO 15T smartphone. The tablet looks very similar to the vivo Pad6 Pro that launched earlier this year, but iQOO has made some changes to push it more towards power users and gamers.

Honestly, this tablet feels like it was made for people who watch content a lot, play heavy games, or just want a big-screen device that doesn’t lag after opening too many apps.

Large 13.2-inch display with 144Hz refresh rate

The biggest thing here is clearly the display. The tablet comes with a 13.2-inch LCD panel with a sharp 3840 × 2512 resolution. Videos, games, and even simple scrolling should look very clean on this screen.

It also supports a 144Hz refresh rate, so animations and movement feel smoother than regular tablets. Gamers will probably like the 540Hz touch sampling rate too because the screen reacts faster while gaming. Not everyone notices this stuff instantly, but during fast games it actually helps a bit.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powers premium performance

Inside, the tablet uses the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset from Qualcomm. That’s basically flagship-level hardware, so performance should not really be an issue here.

Heavy gaming, editing photos, multitasking with split-screen apps—everything should run smoothly. The tablet is also pretty slim at just 6.18mm thick, though it still weighs around 663 grams, which is understandable considering the large battery and display.

Another nice thing is the eight-speaker setup. Tablets usually sound average, but this one seems focused on media experience too. For cameras, there’s a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for video calls and online meetings. Nothing too crazy there, but enough for a tablet honestly.

13,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging

Battery life looks solid on paper. The device packs a huge 13,000mAh battery, which should easily last through long gaming sessions or binge watching. And when it finally runs out, the tablet supports 66W wired fast charging. So charging times shouldn’t feel painfully slow.

iQOO Pad6 Pro pricing and availability

The tablet is available in four memory and storage configurations:

  • 8GB RAM + 256GB storage — CNY 4,499
  • 12GB RAM + 256GB storage — CNY 4,999
  • 12GB RAM + 512GB storage — CNY 5,799
  • 16GB RAM + 512GB storage — CNY 6,699

The iQOO Pad6 Pro is currently available only in China. iQOO has not confirmed whether the tablet will launch in global markets.

Overall, the iQOO Pad6 Pro launch feels like iQOO trying to seriously enter the premium tablet market. The combination of a 4K display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a large battery, and powerful speakers makes it look like a proper entertainment-focused tablet.
