Earlier on Wednesday, the folks at SmartPrix released CAD-based renders for Google Pixel 8 Pro slated to arrive this October. At the time of writing this, the folks at MySmartPrice released the CAD-based renders of the Google Pixel 8 leaving nothing up for guesswork. Here’s more about it.

Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro Renders Leaked

Talking about the pro variant first, the renders leaked by OnLeaks in collaboration with SmartPrix show a redesigned body with a triple rear camera setup housed in a single cut-out. The phone brings rounded corners that make it look appealing rather than going for a boxy design.

The rear camera bump is interesting as it is housed on Pixel’s signature visor and in a single cutout that extends along its rear panel. It has a flash on the side along with a new sensor below the flash that could be a depth or macro or something else.

The phone brings onboard a 6.7” flat display with a centrally-placed punch-hole. Its dimension measures 162.6 x 76.5 x 8.7mm with 12mm thickness on the camera bump. You can expect it to have smaller stature than Pixel 7 Pro thanks to the introduction of rounded corners.

On the other hand, the vanilla Pixel 8 measures 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9mm with rounded corners. It is too narrower and shorter than Pixel 7 if you compare the sizes. The renders show an aluminum-based signature visor on the back with a dual camera setup and a flash.

Google Pixel 8 will also have a centrally-placed cut-out from the front camera and rounded edges that offers added comfort in holding the phone. The display is also at 5.8” which is a sweet spot between smaller and taller phones making it a must check out for.

When it comes to the specifications, the duo will get Google Tensor G3 SoC under the hood. Both phones will make their debut sometime in October as usual. However, they will make their appearance at the Google I/O 2023 on May 10 so we won’t have to wait much longer.
