We have come across several Samsung Galaxy S26 FE leaks over the past few weeks. Cut to now, we have a full picture thanks to a comprehensive leak by Germany-based publication WinFuture, sparing no details for guessing, but I do recommend treating it with caution.
Samsung Galaxy S26 FE specs emerged
The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is expected to one-up the on-board chipset. Instead of Exynos 2400 on the S25 FE (and S24 FE, if you remember), the South Korean juggernaut is bringing Exynos 2500 on board the S26 FE. The chip is built on a 3nm GAA node at Samsung with a 10-core setup and an Xclipse 960 GPU on board. There’s 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, although more capacities might be available.
ERPEL rating potentially going down with Galaxy S26 FE battery specs
We have a 4,900mAh battery on board the Galaxy S26 FE, the same as the S25 FE. It is paired with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. There’s no update on whether the battery is based on Li-ion or Si/C; however, its EPREL rating is expected to drop to 1,200 charge cycles compared to 2,000 on the S25 FE. Although EPREL is an EU standard, a massive drop as such means you will lose up to 20% of the battery capacity after 1,200 cycles (gradually), which translates into a faster phone upgrade period.
On the display front, we have a 6.7” Dynamic 2X 120Hz display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,340px. The brightness typically goes up to 1,200 nits, all the way up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness. The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE camera specs include a 12MP front camera; a 50MP rear primary cam plus an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom; and a 12MP ultrawide cam. Unfortunately, it seems Samsung is simply repackaging the S25 FE’s camera optics on board the S26 FE, except for the ultrawide shooter that will reportedly receive a hardware upgrade.
Other details on board include Bluetooth v5.4, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, dual SIM support, IP68 rating against dust and water, a thickness of 7.4mm, 193g kerb weight, etc.
Samsung Galaxy S26 FE pricing (expected)
Although there’s no official pricing information yet, reports suggest the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE will be priced slightly higher, possibly due to increasing memory costs. We are talking about €800 for the base 128GB model, showing a €50 increase over the predecessor.
