Battery and durability
The main highlight of the Honor X9d is the massive 8,300mAh Silicon-Carbon battery. It is huge, but thanks to the Si-C technology, it does not make the phone too heavy or big. You can easily get more than a day of use without charging, and the phone supports 66W fast charging.
The durability is also above that of normal phones. It has IP69K rating which is higher than usual IP68. This means it can survive full dust exposure and strong water jets with high pressure and heat. Plus, it has a shock-resistant frame so it can handle accidental drops better than normal phones.
Performance and display
Inside, the Honor X9d runs on Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 5G SoC and has 12GB RAM. It also comes in 256GB and 512GB storage options. This should be enough for apps, games, and media.
The display is 6.79-inch AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate. Brightness goes up to 6,000 nits which means outdoor visibility is very good.
Camera and software
For cameras, it follows the Honor X70 setup. You get 108MP main camera and a 5MP ultrawide camera. Software is MagicOS 9.0 on Android 15, which is smooth and modern but not overloaded with useless apps.
