On point with our take on the ‘Smartphones Launching in August 2024 series’, Infinix Note 40X 5G has finally made its debut in India. It is yet another smartphone from Infinix under the Note 40 Series whose vanilla version was released in June.
The Note 40X 5G brings something called an ‘Interactive Dynamic Port’ on-board giving you access to a unique way to discover and attend system status alerts and notifications.
Additionally, the phone is powered by Dimensity 6300 system-on-chip (SoC) and is priced under INR 15K, the Note 40X 5G stands tall in the affordable mid-range category. Read along to know more.
Infinix Note 40X 5G Pricing in India
Infinix Note 40X 5G in India pegs a price tag of INR 14,999/ for its base 8GB+256GB variant. The higher 12GB+256GB model retails for INR 15,999/- as it hits the Indian shores.
You can get an INR 1,500/- discount by using an eligible bank offer that brings down the price tag to INR 13,499/- and INR 14,499/- respectively. Choose between three splendid colorways — Starlit Black, Lime Green, and Palm Blue.

Infinix Note 40X 5G Specifications
Talking about the specs sheet on-board, the Infinix Note 40X 5G sports a 6.78” FHD+ LCD panel boasting a resolution of 2460 × 1080 pixels plus a 120Hz refresh rate. A 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC propels the device along with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU handling its graphics processing. The phone comes paired with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a 256GB UFS 2.2 storage that can be expanded to 1TB using a microSD card. On the optics front, Infinix Note 40X uses a ginormous 108MP primary shooter with f/1.75 aperture plus a 2MP macro lens and an AI lens that comes with it. On the front, you’ll find an 8MP selfie shooter with Dynamic Bar functionalities that give you system status alerts and notifications.
The midrange budget-friendly phone produces a 5,000mAh battery under the hood with 18W charging support. Although it isn’t the fastest, it juices up the battery from bottom to top given the price tag associated with it.
