HMD Global has sent out invites for an event, which is scheduled to happen on October 19. We hope they will be launching a new smartphone, as we already heard from the leaks and speculations. The company hasn’t broken the silence yet.
HMD Global to Release a New Nokia Phone
We have perceived from the leaks that the company is going to release Nokia 2, Nokia 7, and Nokia 9. Even today, on the previous day of the launch, we got no clue about the device, they are going to unveil in the event.
The popular assumption is they are releasing Nokia 7 tomorrow. The company is aiming the mid-range segment with this model. Reportedly, the smartphone will come in three variants; 3 GB/16 GB, 4 GB/ 32 GB, and 4 GB/ 64 GB. All the three variants will pack in Snapdragon 630 SoC in them. Chances are the Nokia 7 might sport a dual rear camera setup (13 MP+ 13 MP with Carl Zeiss Optics) with another 13 MP sensor up front. Just like Nokia’s last flagship, Nokia 7 might also come up with Ozo Audio.
As we are gearing up for the new phone, the company has introduced a new Nokia 8 variant in Finland with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB onboard storage. The Nokia 8 debuted with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Comes in polished blue color, it carries a price tag of EUR 649.99 (around Rs. 49650). Nothing much has changed, though.
