According to Digital Chat Station (DCS), the OnePlus 13 is likely to bring a hefty 6,000mAh battery, up from 5,400mAh on the predecessor, the OnePlus 12. There’s 100W of wired fast charging and 50W of wireless charging involved as well.

With the extension in capacity, the smartphone will be able to fill its battery capacity to the neck in 30 to 40 minutes. Take it with a pinch of salt as these are barely estimates.

Although this may not seem like much compared to 120W or even 240W charging tech the competitors are rolling out, it’s still a superb feature. It is probably around the safe point where the battery won’t get damaged faster compared to charging at a high speed.

OnePlus 13 Camera Specs Tipped

DCS also pointed out purported camera specs for the upcoming OnePlus flagship. The smartphone is likely to use the same 50MP primary Sony LYT-808 snapper as its predecessor. Earlier, we heard OnePlus 13 will see a secondary 50MP ultrawide and a tertiary 50MP periscope telephoto setup with 3x optical zoom. We should be able to see Hasselblad branding on top as well.

Based on a bunch of previous OnePlus 13 specs (leaked), we could say the phone will see a 6.8” 8T LTPO OLED panel. It will have a micro-curvature design across all four sides. The display lights up with its 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. An IP68/69 rating keeps you protected against elements. The phone will see a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC under the hood as a norm.

The OnePlus 13 is expected to debut in China this October followed by its global launch early next year. The OnePlus Ace 5 Series will arrive in the Chinese market around the same time and will be rebranded as the OnePlus 13R to its debut in early 2025 globally.
