OnePlus has expanded its product lineup with the launch of new OnePlus Nord 5 series accessories, unveiled during the official introduction of the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 smartphones. The newly released accessories include the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 Magnetic Case and the OnePlus Magnetic Cable.
OnePlus Magnetic Cases for Nord 5 and Nord CE5
The new OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 Magnetic Cases have built-in magnets that let you easily stick them to magnetic stands and other compatible accessories. While they don’t work with wireless charging, they’re useful for hands-free use with things like car mounts or desk stands.
For the OnePlus Nord CE5, users can choose from five unique designs:
- Holy Flame – Inspired by the energy of gaming.
- Moonrise – A tribute to tranquil twilight moments.
- Mood – A vibrant choice reflecting personal expression.
- Letter Patten – A minimalist design that exudes modern style.
- Cricket – Celebrating India’s favorite sport.
The OnePlus Nord 5 Magnetic Case is available in four of these designs, excluding Cricket. Notably, the Holy Flame and Letter Patten cases were co-created with the OnePlus Community.
Each case is priced affordably at Rs. 499, offering budget-conscious users a way to protect and personalize their devices.
OnePlus Magnetic Cables
In addition to the cases, OnePlus has launched two new Magnetic Cables:
- Type-C to Type-C
- Type-A to Type-C
These cables feature a magnetic connector, making it easy to plug and unplug with minimal effort. When not in use, the cable can be magnetically coiled, helping users keep their workspace or travel bag neat and organized.
Each cable is 1.2 meters long and has a strong woven outer layer for better durability. Inside, it uses thick pure copper wires to deliver power safely and efficiently.
Key specifications:
- Type-C to Type-C: Up to 10A/100W SUPERVOOC and PD 100W support.
- Type-A to Type-C: Up to 12A/120W SUPERVOOC Max charging.
- Both variants include an E-marker smart chip to protect devices from overcurrent and overheating.
The cables cost Rs. 1,299 and are made to last, making them ideal for users who want fast and safe charging with less damage over time.
Availability
The OnePlus Nord 5 Magnetic Case and both versions of the OnePlus Magnetic Cable are now available in India through OnePlus’ official website and select stores. The Nord CE5 Magnetic Case will go on sale from July 12, the same day the phone becomes available.
